To think that people outside of the imperial core (even Russia) should just sit back and take it when nato encircles them, breaks agreements, attacks regions that are gray bc of historical circumstances and contain a majority of their people for the better part of a decade is a particular type of chauvinism tbh.

No country in the west would be hit with this level of scrutiny for retaliating no matter how many lives were lost in it, they get blanket support and maybe a bit of criticism in the periphery if at all after the fact.

We lost one financial center and brought hell down on unrelated countries for decades, this event is in response to decades of shit that Russia kept trying to resolve. It is not support of putin to point out that nato and Ukraine have not kept up their ends and have done things they knew and were told would be aggressive to Russia.

Like if there’s anyone to be mad at here it’s definitely the international bourgeoisie that gambled with peoples live over geopolitical interest they don’t even need

The only way in which the NATO is at fault was for fucking up the Budapest agreement (the main cause arguably).

"Russia was always going to do this, the only way NATO is to blame is for being 'the main cause arguably'."
