    One post that isn't what I'm looking for. I apparently forgot to save it. Basic description of what happened in the video I'm looking for: A man sits at a table with his ukraine id showing and a Soviet flag in the background. He states his name and rank in Ukrainian military and rejects the Ukrainian state as anti-people and asks the citizens of kharkiv to join him and his partisan force which was a paramilitary wing of some communist group
