Completely agree, I think it is a joke, but not sure why it is posted in /c/science. Some might take it at face value, even though the "hyphenated" name jib makes clear it is poking fun at those liberal girl-boss discourse which doesn't account for feminism as more than just furthering bourgeoisie domination of society in which privileged women get a share instead of only men while the working class and especially the women and other marginalized in it are still getting the end of the stick since we are still living in capitalism.
