i mean are you supposed to like seeing people, many of whom are mentally ill, live in abject squalor?
no, of course not. however this person is not expressing empathy for homeless people, but disgust with them.
This post is less "It is so sad to see people living in squalor imposed by capitalism, I wish to lift them up out of this condition"
and more "eww icky homeless people leave behind poo poo needles, please sweep them out of my sight"
