    Occupying the whole of Ukraine is unfeasible, but occupying the east and south is. The population in those regions are much more friendly to Russia, and all of Russia's forces are concentrated in those regions now that they've pulled out of Kiev and the north of Ukraine in general

        Denazification was always rhetoric to mobilize ‚great patriotic war‘ sentiment, combined with the real problem of nazi militias and influence on the executive branch of ukraine. Once those are thoroughly broken I think you can claim a success in that war goal.

          it is, but now they’ve mobilized tv-users, and they got very mad after peace talks, so I would have thought they started some calming down in news cycle

            I know that this may be hard to believe, but Russians are like everyone else on earth. Your aunt who’s opinions flip immediately when the TV tells them to also has an antimatter counterpart in Russia.
