    I think the difference is I think Biden would absolutely sign this to keep the khive TERFs happy, and most dem libs would go straight back to brunch, but they would word it differently or bury it in some tax reform bill so it wasnt noticed until too late.

    While Trump would try to hamfistedly ram it through in a frontal attack and the dems would have to make disapproving noises while we do all the work of fighting it.
