Fewer than three hundred? I'm not American, but wasn't this woman somewhat regularly visible on mainstream television? How can she have this little of a following? The Chapos could probably sell more books.
Her previous books were boosted to the NYT list by bulk orders from rich chuds, I guess she's lost enough relevance that now even they don't bother with her.
