Saw my doc this morning, plan is to be off phenibut completely in a few weeks - down to 1.5g/day now, down from 9. Had an EKG done that came back with good results. In cooler news, band is booking our first tour! Gonna head out east.

Yeah it's the best way to use cannabis IMO. Not too big a deal though, just gotta wait until the end of the workday before pulling out the reefer again, and I have a vape pen to tide me over, luckily.
Hope your band's tour goes well! Would love to catch a show of yours (I live in the northeast) but I'm guessing posting the tour schedule would be too much of an opsec risk :(
