They were a decent and occasionally interesting big beat band originally from the Midlands. I remember a lot of their stuff being pretty naff, but the one you posted is interesting and I've always liked the Ennio Morricone ripoff vibe of Journey Into Dreams which I've got on a compilation. I found this bio about them too if you're interested. It has a few good tidbits in it.
And yeah, that video gets progressively more :spray-bottle: as it goes on and strays further from anything relevant to just a sequence of 60s lingerie centrefolds and occasionally the odd zoom in on some swinging guy's bald spot. Definitely some psychology going on there.
