Serious. I've struggled with learning a second language in school and want some advice on how best to learn one as an adult so I can flee this hellish country before they outlaw my existence next year

Cuba is about the only place I can think of that I'd want to move to and contribute towards, though I doubt its easy for crackers like me to immigrate

      Self-employment with proof of income and savings works just as well. It's by some way the easiest western European country to immigrate to.

      I've heard of people self-employing, others getting one via their uni (usually post-grads), and few IT person have trouble finding work either.

      Emigrating is really difficult no matter which country you're going to, I'm just mentioning some stuff I know, hoping it helps. Reality for most people is that it's unaffordable or impractical.
