My wife asked what we should do tonight, and she was open to my suggestion that we watch a documentary. What's a good leftist film (doesn't necessarily need to be a documentary) that I can access with no effort? I'm too old to figure out things like torrents. I'm able to use youtube and the google.

My Brothers and sisters to the north. It's a documentary about a South Korean woman that uses her German dual citizenship to get into North Korea and do a doc. Pretty interesting. It's on youtube.

Or, if y'all like something older and non-doc. The Spook Who Sat By The Door, is a 70's flick about the CIA taking on a token black man who does what we all would a character like that to do. It's very anti-establishment, but has a lot of racism by the white people for realism. Great flick though.

Trailer looks good. Might be too campy for my wife. I'll probably need time to persuade her to watch this.

I assume it has an element of copaganda, but have you seen or developed an opinion on Blackkklansman?

I just watched it recently. Wasn't all that impressed. Very lib. Something really bugged me about it but I can't remember what it was. Judas and the Black Messiah was pretty decent. Oh, also Sorry to Bother You.
