Trans people have been demonized in Iraq for years by the Islamic regime. Being Trans runs the danger of being hanged or stoned to death because of the enmity towards trans people in Iraq. I realized I was trans since I was 4, I remember wanting to buy a dress and breaking into tears when my mother refused to purchase me the dress and then scolded me saying "you are a man and you shouldn't wear this". I then hid it for years until I got access to the internet in 2019 when I was able to express myself. I then started plans to move out of Iraq at that time and I started gathering funds but around a year ago I was diagnosed with cancer which destroyed my savings. On the 6th of February as I was asleep, my brother went through my phone and saw my trans account but I was able to delete it before he sent it to the family but now I am under heavy surveillance, they look through my phone any chance they get and they are talking to people about it and I'm afraid they might call the police when they get any evidence on it. So I need your help!

Remember the really early days when we still had China/Uyghur struggle sessions? Those don't really happen anymore

Even the liberals gave up trying to push that garbage. It was so obviously a top-down op. Back in my day, they'd at least bother to build up a color revolution with a little bit of popular support behind it!

Well I think people either lurked silently and got educated on the subject (this was me), got convinced by their comrades here during the arguments, or got run off the site.

It really is tough for baby leftists to accept that basically all Western media lies constantly, I guess.
