I'm spending too much time on my phone. What's an app(or anything else thay works for you) that's helpful to limit screen time?

Is there anyway to limit it on certain apps? Keeping youtube on in yhe background is generally not a problem for me, but I waste time on Instagram(or honestly on here) I could better spend reading or even playing a game just to be more invested in something.
I think it's called "Digital Wellbeing" or something like that. I definitely encourage using it.
If you have an iPhone there’s a built-in function. Not sure about android though, sorry.
