    Uh hello? I'm referring to the war on drugs which the US started and forced many MANY countries into participating in despite a local and historical apathy towards drug usage, particularly marijuana. Instead you think that I'm asserting that bc the west has adopted a more (and only somewhat better view, lmao) lackadaisical approach to marijuana legalization, that the Russians were somehow in their right to oppose it now? Huh?
