Ugh, I feel you. I HATE little beeps and boops that keep going longer than a second. I think I have some kind of misophonia, since there's a ton of noises I just HATE, and even ones I don't hate, I still just don't like background noise. I like music, but 'background music' drives me crazy. If I'm listening to music, that's the main thing I'm doing, otherwise I don't want it. I get told its sacrilegious to turn of video game music, but outside of cutscenes, I just find it so grating to have music going on and on, even if the soundtrack has bangers that I'd otherwise listen to on their own.
