Mod is "Twin Lamps and Slave Hunters" and fleshes out the faction quite a bit with a lot more quests and NPCs Note: ya gotta have the OG Nevena's Twin Lamps & Slave Hunters v1.5 as well then update via the nexus version.

Aside from that one instance in Solstheim, there are literally no gay couples in Skyrim. The option is there for the player but that’s it.
