        It's at least where I find ordinary mods to try. The Fallout 4 one that adds lots of greenery is the peak of modding Bethesda games into having a personality

              Mod is "Twin Lamps and Slave Hunters" and fleshes out the faction quite a bit with a lot more quests and NPCs Note: ya gotta have the OG Nevena's Twin Lamps & Slave Hunters v1.5 as well then update via the nexus version.
