Even though the book was written in the context of Disney comics and how it was used to propagandize the Chilean society, (with a sobering introduction in the 2018 by author who realized that it all leads up the 1973 coup), I'm sure any leftist with any kind of interaction with media analysis and fandoms could recognize these "symptoms" among mainsteam media discussions; in particular when the dread issue of POLITICS IN FICTION came to play.
