I'm not completely sure this is a real person however. A lot of anti-Iranian accounts are bots. Anti-Iran hashtags trend at weird times, with young acounts all posting the same tweets. And I've witnessed this myself multiple times
Iran was not so long ago target of the biggest twitter propaganda offensive in history of the platform, new bot accounts shitted 300 million tweets.
