    Now I'm curious, was the original purpose of releasing "Full Self-Driving" 20 years before it was safe a merely a ploy to lock in trade mark rights?

        it would be quite a bit safer with lidar but melon-musk is such a piece of shit his cars don't use it.

        "full self-driving" is nowhere near "full" and is only vaguely self-driving and it should be illegal to call it that.

          Yeah, but it would still fail when the lidar gets "adversarially attacked" by a fucking shadow moving in just the wrong way
