      I'd assume it's shorthand for wanting to raise taxes on corporations and the wealthy, to re-invigorate the public sector and welfare policies like universal healthcare, for being opposed to foreign interventions, etc.

        its a term that has become entirely meaningless. maybe a slight tinge towards 'racism is bad'
