In a couple of weeks nearby Pasadena will provide toilets for a hundred thousand football fans, but one of the biggest cities on the planet can't provide for five thousand people because pigs say they are used for drugs and sex work. Seriously, finding an unoccupied public bathroom in DTLA is nearly impossible.

Had a dream last night that my apartment complex had switched to communal bathrooms that were coin-operated and filthy. The only way to use a nice bathroom was to leave the complex and become a paying customer at a restaurant or coffee shop.

I was not shocked, just annoyed.
