If you're going to the store, mask up. If you're going to the doctor, mask up. If you're going to a protest, mask up. And try to keep the risks to a minimum -- that is, if you're going to spend time in a group, encourage that group to wear masks too because two-way masking is better at preventing diseases from spreading than 1-way masking.
