i jumped from lastpass immediately after the big breach. moving my passwords over/signing up was smooth but bitwarden seems to love to log me out and autofilling/autogenerating passwords is a bit of a hassle. using chrome (rarely) and firefox (mostly, yes haven't fully switched over don't @ me)

The thing I hate hate hate about bitwarden is that it doesn't remember what you were doing when it locks

Generated a password but hadn't hit save yet? Tough luck buddy. Had a secure note open for reference? Go look for it again.

I am trapped by a corporate enforced lock timeout policy but for personal use I'd make that time as long as possible

I actually just got locked out of u/AverageBernieZoomer because Bitwarden did a fuckywucky. On the other hand, this is the first time Bitwarden has ever had a fuckywucky for me so I'm still gonna keep using it.

it's already lost an autogenerated password but i'm paranoid and copied it and dropped it in on a sticky note before it did so.
lastpass sucked for many reasons but it was pretty good about instantly saving new passwords.

I had lastpass (already moved to Bitwarden) not save a bunch of times on me so I’ve adjusted to be more careful about those and always paste the new password into notepad++

lastpass made me a bit lazy with the autosaving into the vault. it was getting more unpredictable over time as what little quality it had began it's slow slide to the state it's in today.

i'll have to get used to doing things a bit more manually i suppose.
