So post capitalism, the land is controlled by a dictatorship of the proletariat using dialectical materialism for the common good, or it's ruled by indigenous tribes. Why would we want the tribes? I'm probably misunderstanding some basic definitions here.
Take a second and ask yourself why Indigenous peoples are excluded from your definition of the proletariat.
