    He could've easily just passed it on to some other silicon valley failson CEO, at least he would have the peace of mind and the plausible deniability by letting someone else take the blame.

    But no, instead he wanted to micromanage almost everything. Also he didn't seem to be suffering when he showed up on the Twitter HQ with a god damn sink huh. In fact I bet he was enjoying it and looking forward to make all the changes he dreamed off. He also took personal pride and enjoyment in doing all those layoffs too.

    In that respect he is just an ordinary narcissist, he really thinks its all about him, even the thought that people just don't like the changes he made and maybe don't even care about him that much(the normie position) doesn't register.
