    Pseudoephedrine helps if you've got a cough/chest congestion. Sucks that they track you buying it but hey.

    I think comrades mentioned n95 helps, so if it’s not too warm out can wear it on the streets for pollen protection. Also you can make homemade hepa thingy to help at home

    I had one month in 2017 where I could just not go outside at all without actual swimming goggles and an N95. My eyes would be inflamed, stinging, watering, unable to be opened. The congestion wasn't that bad but I figured the goggles made me enough of a freak I might as well just commit to it.

    Never had anything more than mild before or after that, but I'm sure that wouldn't really look so out of place after the last couple years so keep it in mind.

    I have had a very bad case of hives since november 2021. The one thing that seems to be helping is aspirin.
