So stupid, they can call it whatever they want but it won't change the reality that Russia controls it, mostly Russians live there.

    I think Saigon and HCMC are used interchangeably by people there. However whenever I encounter a Pho joint named Saigon I always wonder if the owners fled South Vietnam
