too easy. how many hours of the day can you waterboard somebody without them dying? these are the sorts of questions we have to ask ourselves

Seeing war criminals being made in real time has made me reevaluate capital punishment if only against specific “enemies of humanity”.
For me it’s a thing of severity and of possibility of getting the wrong guy. War crimes so often there’s no question of if or who, it’s a matter of public record, they wrote it down and had it published.
Yeah that’s what I’m getting at. It doesn’t sit right with me that someone can be so brazenly monstrous and “only“ get a life sentence in a relatively comfortable cell (which I’m otherwise fine with since rehabilitation centers shouldn’t be hell on earth).
That said, being in a cell til you die might be considered a fate worse than death depending on the person so…
What if the bomb blew up on her and killed while she was writing that. That would be a funny joke wouldnt it.
The shells behind her carried white phosphor. She deserves one of them.
I would say US politicians are in a race to see who can be the most monstrous ghoul, but that would be disrespectful to the ghouls.
Some otherwise normal people who are horribly disfigured by radiation and cursed with immortality versus the people in power who ordered the bombs to be dropped and made them that way.
