So I failed, but I did put up a request on a private tracker. If it’s time sensitive that won’t help much, but given enough time it should come through.
Yandex is pretty good at not giving a fuck about copyright, so spending some time looking for a pdf in there sometimes pays off.
I’ll keep looking, but all the reliables let me down so far.
So I check on sci-hub on a different computer and it was there for some reason.
