Literally when I have an issue I already have to pick up the phone to someone, tell them what the issue is and that they need to fix it. So having a landlord makes absolutely no difference except for making it even harder to get anything done because they're typically lazy arses

My disabled relative has a tall set of outside stone steps, except one step is totally smashed and the handrail is rotted away - that could quite easily kill someone, I informed the landlord a year ago and many times since and they don't care.

So I'm paying more than a 1000% surcharge on the maintenance work to get a shittier service. If I would quite literally pay money for you to NOT exist, you are not doing a service for me.
