If you grind dust into the paint you'll scratch the wax and/or clear coat, which means I am going to have to wash and wax the car again and/or buff it if I want it to look nice again. So please don't. Literally wastes an hour+ of my time for no benefit to anybody. It's like splashing wine on someone's white shirt for a YouTube prank. Sorry your friend is annoying but there's nothing wrong with not wanting your belongings to get fucked up.
I get that but also anything you keep outside is going to get damaged in small ways over time
Sure but I'm doing my best to slow that down and I really resent people making more work for me. It's like somebody yanking on the neck of your sweater. Sure it was gonna stretch over time, but why would you shorten that process? Honestly, if nobody fucks with them there's only a few ways cars will get damaged sitting outside and most of them are pretty easily mitigated.
