Was honestly wondering whether that tweet was shitty satire about people upset over the rate limits, or if it was unironically criticizing rate limits in the most over the top way. It's the latter. That account made several replies to Elon, and it seems like they're just giving their personal opinions on the matter independent of the shitty bit behind their account.
