Unironically this isn't that far off from a standard intersection of a park and business district in a mid sized amerikkkan town.

You have the central statue of some total shithead, the weed or CBD shop, the local free clinic providing essential health services, all surrounded by some happy couples on a walk through the park getting a little PDA and skater teens smoking a joint oil pen just chilling in the commons. Plus the garish branded trucks and cars passing by on occasion. And sometimes some based protestors/activists show up to burn a flag. All around pretty based if you ask me
