if it has to be the anglosphere ireland sounds like the best. when i was studying in new zealand there was a lot of casual racism against not just the native maori/polynesians, but also asians like me and definitely indians. i cant really speak for china, but given modi exists its prolly not going to be too realistic of an option. japan really isnt as good as it seems and work culture here is fucked. as a foreigner, youll get a bit of leniency but japan is the apex of post-fordian capitalist dystopia.
