Hey, I run a small radio show, and I'm interested in featuring a few songs from artists in the DPRK. Specifically, I'm looking for electronic musicians. Besides what is on the wikipedia page (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Music_of_North_Korea), is anyone aware of other music that is coming out of the Juche state?

If you're not from the US and feeling frisky, the DPRK used to be very friendly towards artists looking to do cultural exchange type projects.

Aim High in Creation director got to visit film sets and stuff. It's a very cool watch. https://youtu.be/GpLExlOjMAM

This is Blowback 's interview with the director. About ten minutes in they start talking about how she pulled off getting access.

Apparently, she spent like 2 years not making headway with any embassies. This is the tour company she's talking about that helped her out. Sounds like you'd need an art project of your own for them to be willing to work with you though.
