    I just saw yesterday on Tasting History a story about the naming of Baby Ruth bars and that the claim that it wasn't named after Babe Ruth the ball player was basically a lie to deny him royalties.

    So what's the real answer here?

      there's a connection to "Lucky Charms" in terms of the marshmallows as well as the phonetics of "LCM", but that's also a kellogg's brand so I don't see how it would affect licensing. it may be more of a riff

        There's some guy or thing famous only in Australia, perhaps only in 90's Australia, with the initials LCM that Kellogg's doesn't want to pay royalties to, or would prefer consumers don't associate with their brand.
