Man, Cuba has getting hit by some serious problems right now. Blackouts, hurricanes, more blackouts, fuel shortages, fires in fuel reservoirs, more typhoons...
Isn't it all basically a result of the hurricanes though? So hopefully soon they can get some much needed time for recovery and preparation for next year.
We can expect these things to happen everywhere as the climate continues to change past what we have built to currently withstand.
I trust Cuba to learn and respond as best they can, unfortunately the same can't be said for many other areas.
