They are so good, I really love them with peas, potatoes and Indian spices
Drain them, rinse them, put them in a hot pan with some oil. Sprinkle a spice mix on top with a minimum of nooch, tumeric, cumin, garlic, ginger, black salt and pepper. Cook for 10 min stir often.

cook then soft, mash them up, form into patty, sizzle on a skillet until the outside is crispy.
i dont really like chickpeas on their own but i make some goddamn fantastic hummus with them
