No. Intel produces part of their processors in occupied territory, AMD doesn't. As far as I know AMD does have a research centre in Israel, but it's not in what is considered part of the future Palestinian state, whereas AMD isn't active there. That's why de BDS movement is focussing on intel, and askind their symathisers to not buy from that company.
