So I hadn't updated to the last released version yet, and sadly updating it through the update command is out of the question currently. I did manage to grab a mirror of the repository as it was before it was taken down, but it's just a bunch of python files. Where can I get the last .exe?

I just grabbed it from the mirrors that have seemingly already been posted in this thread.
pip install -U .in the repo and it should be installed systemwide.
