So for regular people, it seemed to me like the takeaway was, get the person out of the area, have them sit on their hands, lean their head back, use tiny drops of saline or water to the nose part of the eye, washing outwards, then get them the fuck home to decontaminate.
Natural body flushing is the only cure, so coughing and blowing your nose is encouraged. Don't touch your face or fuck with your clothes. If they're in respiratory distress for longer than 5 minutes after the exposure, they need to go to the hospital.
Is that about right?
i believe it's 45 minutes after exposure, but that's what i got out of it
