Still unconvinced that reality won't play out almost exactly like the Aliens/Prometheus timeline, and he'll be kept alive through young blood transfusions or something, and smuggled onto an interplanetary mission to find extraterrestrial life, where through his arrogance, and fear of death, he'll somehow create a new heretofore non existant horror to plague humanity, before dying.

Him simply getting lynched on Mars after his extraterrestrial Galt's Gulch experiment turns to shit, just seems like Hellworld letting us off too easy.
