Be careful cooking bok choy like that friend. The bottoms do an exceptional job collecting dirt and bacteria. Plus if you aren't buying organic that's also where the pesticides collect. When I make stir fry I always cut the butt off and wash each individual strip until clean.
But other than that looks great!

I have not, but I had some gochujang and that was pretty neat.
