    So, the obvious observation is that all this pretense around being "manly" is probably not a small part of the depression and anxiety this guy's advertising therapy for.

    on a more serious note: I can see the toxic side of this, but I can also see it being a way to reach people for whom therapy is too stigmatized that would never be treated otherwise

      I do see the benefit there. Im just seeing it as more as a product of the culture of toxic masculinity, I don’t think the ad itself is terrible just kinda ironic
