I am once again reminded that a fascist worked out today and I - in fact - did not. With gyms being closed due to Covid and temperatures dropping to discourage jogging, what is a good way to get fit?

    I've always loved training martial arts to get fit.

    I've found some neat stuff in /r/redcombatsports.

    Making a makiwara board is doable with some diy skills, or a homemade punching bag. There are lots of YouTube videos for that.

    Also a set of resistance bands are great for in home workouts.
