Officials believe that a Christmas morning explosion in downtown Nashville was an intentional act, according to a Metro Nashville Police spokesman.

Yeah it does sound like a video game voice. I’ve listened to it a few times now. What I thought was southern may just be the synthesized voice.

Really familiar voice though

Edit: maybe Mother from Alien? The voice of the ship.
