      There is contradictory experiences, I'm not able to immediately provide sources of conflicting information.

      Ultimately I beleive this stuff is super intimate and personal, that a passage can be obtuse for one and enlightening for another.

      I do think that there are shared threads especially with energy work, the Celtic 3 cauldrons, the indian chakras, the TCM meridian and Dan tians.

      I recommended a book awakening the energetic body which is really good for exploring the shared threads, I also think the qaballah is a really good framework
