twitter locked the account of the org I work for. normally I get a text with a verification code but I can't get it. I'm gonna get fired if I can't get the twitter account back, and I sent a ticket on boxing day that hasn't been addressed yet. I figured this was a good place to ask since a lot of us have probably had issues with twitter support

the org has around 5k followers and is affiliated with a few blue checks. I don't know if that counts for anything. it's a local community sports admin thing, like I know people say "I did nothing wrong" when they get shadowbanned but literally all this account did (besides use the same IP as me) was post about local sports events
