The concept of a "starter home" is incredibly fucked to me as a millennial. I guess people just did that, huh. Had enough disposable income to buy and sell houses and move based on comfort instead of necessity.
I think the idea was that it's the house you buy before you have kids. Still super-priviledged and fuck this idea that every kid needs their own bedroom.
